When will I get my order?
Most straps are handmade to order and normally require around 8–10 weeks before shipping.
Production time can vary depending on the current order list, material availability, and custom specifications. If there is any significant delay, I will contact you directly.

Are the straps handmade?
Yes. Each strap is handmade in my workshop in Sitges, Barcelona, Spain.
The work includes cutting, shaping, stitching, edge finishing, and final inspection by hand.
Are the straps made to order?
Yes. Most straps are made individually according to the customer’s selected specifications, including width, length, taper, thickness, leather, stitching, finish, and other details.
How long does it take to make a strap?
Estimated production time is normally around 8–10 weeks, depending on the current order list, material availability, and custom specifications.
Each strap is made one at a time, by hand.
Can I request a custom size?
Yes. Strap length, width, taper, thickness, and other details can often be adjusted.

How do I choose the correct strap size?
Please check your watch lug width, buckle width, and wrist size carefully before ordering.
For the best fit, send your watch model and wrist measurement in centimeters. I can help confirm the correct strap proportions before production begins.
What if I choose the wrong size?
If a strap is made correctly according to the measurements or specifications provided by the customer, it is not considered defective because of a sizing mistake.
Please check all measurements carefully before ordering. If you are unsure, contact me before placing your order.
Are buckles included?
Buckles are sold separately unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.

Can I return a custom strap?
Most straps and custom accessories are made to the customer’s selected specifications and cannot be returned simply because the customer changed their mind, selected the wrong size, or no longer wants the item.
This follows the EU/Spanish exception for goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, I will review the case and work quickly to resolve it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. I ship internationally.

Will I have to pay taxes or customs fees?
Taxes, VAT, import duties, customs fees, or carrier handling fees may apply depending on your country.
