Products
Thomas Artisan Straps makes handmade leather watch straps and related accessories.
Most straps are made to order according to the customer’s selected specifications, including model, leather, color, width, length, taper, thickness, stitching, and other custom details.
Because each strap is handmade from natural leather, small variations in color, grain, texture, markings, thickness, and finish are normal and part of the character of the product.
Custom orders
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including wrist size, watch model, lug width, preferred length, buckle width, and any other relevant details.
If you are unsure about sizing or compatibility, please contact me before ordering.
Buckles and accessories
Buckles are sold separately unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page or order confirmation.
Watch brand names may be used only to describe compatibility, sizing, fit, or style reference. Thomas Kent Warburton Zika / Thomas Artisan Straps is an independent business and is not affiliated with Panerai, Rolex, Tudor, Omega, or any other watch brand unless expressly stated.
Watches shown in photos are for display and fit reference only. Watches are not included.
Orders and payment
Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation means that your order has been received, but it does not guarantee immediate production or shipping.
I reserve the right to contact you if additional information is needed before production begins.
Prices, taxes, and duties
Prices are shown on the website according to your location and Shopify settings.
For customers outside the European Union, the order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless they are clearly collected at checkout.
Production time
All handmade straps require production time. Estimated production times are shown on the website or product page and may vary depending on the current order list, material availability, and custom specifications.
If there is a significant delay, I will contact you directly.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from Spain using tracked shipping services.
Delivery times are estimates only. Customs processing, holidays, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or local delivery issues may affect delivery time.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled according to the Return and Refund Policy published on this website.
Because most straps are made to order or customized, returns are not accepted simply because the customer changed their mind, selected the wrong size, or no longer wants the item.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items will be reviewed and handled appropriately.
Use of this website
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
All photographs, text, product names, designs, logos, and content on this website belong to Thomas Kent Warburton Zika / Thomas Artisan Straps unless otherwise stated.
