Refund policy
Each strap or custom accessory is handmade to order in my workshop in Sitges, Barcelona, Spain.
Because most straps and custom accessories are made to the customer’s selected or custom specifications — including length, width, taper, leather, stitching, thickness, size, finish, and other details — they are considered custom-made items.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not already started.
Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
For custom-made straps and custom accessories, cancellation requests should be made by contacting me directly.
Returns
Custom-made straps and custom accessories cannot be returned simply because the customer changed their mind, selected the wrong size, or no longer wants the item.
This follows the EU/Spanish exception for goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized. The general EU 14-day withdrawal right applies to many online purchases, but customized goods are an exception.
Standard, non-custom accessories may be eligible for return according to the return rules shown at checkout or in your customer account, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
For eligible standard, non-custom items, return requests may be submitted through your customer account or by contacting me directly.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photos of the item and packaging, if relevant
If the issue is confirmed, I will offer an appropriate solution, such as repair, replacement, or refund.
Sizing and customer measurements
Please check all sizing details carefully before placing your order.
If a strap or custom accessory is made correctly according to the measurements or specifications provided by the customer, it is not considered defective because of a sizing mistake.
However, if there is a problem, please contact me and I will do my best to help.
Return shipping
Returns must be approved before being sent back.
If the return is due to my mistake or a confirmed defect, I will provide instructions and cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
If a return or adjustment is accepted for another reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
Condition of returned items
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, unless the item is defective.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
