Shipping policy

All straps are handmade to order in my workshop in Sitges, Barcelona, Spain.

Production time

Each strap is made individually by hand. Estimated production time is normally around 8–10 weeks, depending on the current order list, materials, and custom specifications.

If there is any significant delay, I will contact you directly.

Shipping methods

Orders are shipped from Spain using tracked shipping services such as Correos, UPS, DHL, or another suitable carrier depending on the destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown at checkout before payment.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless they are clearly collected at checkout.

Please note that customs processing may cause delays that are outside my control.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Delivery estimates begin after the order has been completed and shipped, not from the date the order was placed.

Approximate delivery times after dispatch:

Spain: 1–5 business days
European Union: 3–10 business days
United States / Canada: 5–15 business days
Rest of world: 5–15 business days

These are estimates only and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, holidays, or local delivery conditions.

Incorrect shipping information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact me and I will help investigate with the carrier.

A package is not considered lost while it is still in transit or being processed by customs. If the carrier confirms that a package has been lost, I will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
