Master 12 — Burgundy

Master 12 is a handmade leather watch strap from the Master Series, crafted from genuine burgundy Horween Shell Cordovan from Chicago, USA, and built for collectors who value density, structure, refinement, and long-term patina.

Shell Cordovan is a dense, non-corrected leather known for its tight grain, durability, and deep, glass-like surface that develops through wear. In burgundy, the Master 12 has a rich, elegant character with depth, warmth, and subtle tonal variation that becomes more expressive over time.

Unlike many traditional leathers, Shell Cordovan does not crease in the same way. It rolls, molds gradually to the wrist, and rewards long-term use with a distinctive patina.

Each strap is made to order in the Thomas Artisan Straps workshop in Sitges, Spain. The leather is cut from carefully selected shell sections, then individually shaped, stitched, and finished by hand with attention to proportion, thickness, taper, and balance.

The Master 12 works especially well with fine mechanical watches, dress watches, vintage-inspired watches, tool watches, and other watches that benefit from a refined burgundy leather strap with substance and quiet presence.
