MH05 — Tank Metal

MH05 Tank Metal is a handmade leather watch strap from the Military Heritage Series, built with a heavily distressed surface, muted grey-brown tonality, and a strong utilitarian character.

Inspired by aged field gear, worn military leather goods, oxidised metal surfaces, and the honest wear of well-used tools, the MH05 Tank Metal has one of the most distinctive finishes in the Military Heritage Series. Its colour moves between grey, brown, charcoal, and weathered earth tones, giving the strap a raw, lived-in presence with strong natural variation.

Each strap is made to order in the Thomas Artisan Straps workshop in Sitges, Spain. The leather is individually cut, shaped, stitched, distressed, and finished by hand, giving every piece its own surface character, tonal movement, markings, and signs of use-inspired wear.

The MH05 Tank Metal works especially well with tool watches, dive watches, pilot watches, military-inspired watches, Panerai-style cases, and other fine mechanical watches that benefit from a rugged leather strap with depth, weight, and a strong vintage presence.
